Abstract
This research examines the influence of the net asset value, management fees and risk on the performance of Shariah mutual fund that registered in Bapepam from September 2005 until December 2007. The purpose of this study was to find evidence of the influence of net asset value, management fees and risk partially and simultaneously on the performance of Islamic mutual fund. The population used in this study is a mixture of Islamic mutual funds that registered in Bapepam. Samples selected in this study is a mixture of seven Shariah mutual funds that registered in Bapepam during the month of September 2005 until December 2007, drawn by using purposive sampling technique. This study uses parametric statistics through multiple regression techniques in SPSS version 16. This research concludes that there is significant influence net asset value, management fees and risk to Shariah mutual fund performance simultaneously. Whereas only partial net asset value and risk that gives them significant influence on the performance of Syariah mutual fund.
