Abstract
The main purpose of this writing is to inform about the potentially leading commodities products bussinesses (KPJU) in Tapin Regency suitable to develop in this time and the fiture. The commodities/product businesses will be leading in terms of their supports to local development, creation of jobs, growth of economy, and advencement of comvetitiveness. The research was taking place in Tapin Regency by taking 8 sample districts trough the purposive sampling mathod. Data was analized by using, Analytical Hierrachy Proses (AHP) method. After analizing the data, we gotthe ressult revealing Tapin’s leading commodities/Products businesses by sector. In livestock and fishery sector, the leading commodity is cattle. In forestry and plantation sector the leadingcommodity is palm estate. In food crops and horticulture sector the leading commodity is paddy forming. In industrial sector the leading commodity is rattan craft. In trade service sector the leading commodity is hotel/inn.
