Abstract
Mud crab to possess commersil high price. Mud crab are four species and all species to find in Indonesia red mud crab (Scylla olivacea) or “red/orange mud crab”, green mud crab (S .serrata) or “giant mud crab”, violet mud crab (S. tranquebarica), and white mud crab (S. paramamosain). Mud crab although to contain cholesterol, but contain low fat satiation, are source Niacin, Folate, and Potassium, source Protein, Vitamin B12, Phosphorous, Zinc, Copper, and Selenium is best. Eksport mud crab is Amerika, Cina, Jepang, Hongkong, Korea Selatan, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Europa. Culture mud crab can in the pond non productif on system fence, in cage, and floating nets. To need is apllied technology of culture of mud crab (Scylla spp) to use pond not produktif and to increase of their income.
