Abstract

The need of electricity has been part of societal life. In order to inhance the service to customers, PT.PLN (Persero) Banjarmasin carries out the program of the enhancement of reliability. The purpose of the research is to know the program of the enhancement of reliability to customers. The approach of this research is qualitatif as the tehnique of data analysis is deskriftive qualitatif. The conclusions of this research, in the program of the enhancement of reliability which is put into service by PT.PLN (Persero) Banjarmasin based on the indicators of effectiveness, sufficiency, even distribution, responsiveness an accuracy, shows that those indicators are not in the greatest extent although in the societal conception about PT.PLN (Persero) Banjarmasin in its service is still with bad image.
